Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rainbow Lab Studio LLP (“Rainbow Lab”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rainbowlabstudio.com or interact with our products.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us via email or web form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message contents). When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and operational purposes. If you create an account to use our AI agents, it is stored with Amazon Cognito (your email and, if you give it, your name) only to sign you in, and you can have it deleted by emailing admin@rainbowlabstudio.com.

Agent registration (Rainbow Lab Agents). When you register, your interview answers are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate each question and your playbook. We do not store the interview on our servers. When you submit your registration, we receive the details you entered and your playbook. If you train your own expert agent, its playbook, training rounds and lessons are stored in our AWS account to run the training, and are deleted when you delete the agent.

2. How we use information

We use contact information, including agent registrations, solely to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Operational metadata is used to maintain site security and performance.

3. Cookies

rainbowlabstudio.com uses minimal cookies — only those required for site functionality. We do not run advertising trackers.

4. Third-party services

We use Amazon SES for transactional email delivery, Anthropic to run our AI agents (the expert interview and agent training), and standard cloud infrastructure (AWS) for hosting. These providers process limited operational data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

5. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained while we maintain an active relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Request logs are typically retained for under 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@rainbowlabstudio.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
